My career has centred on one question: why do people abandon products that should work? That question took me inside Air India's digital transformation, where I didn't just redesign screens — I rebuilt the mental model of how 40+ million travellers think about booking a flight. I led research, directed a cross-functional team, established a design system adopted across the organisation, and shipped India's first AI-powered airline booking experience.

I work best in environments where design has a real seat at the product table — where a well-framed problem is worth more than a polished mockup.
